At the invitation of professor Miao Yi, on September 15, professor He Jin and Yu Jun from the department of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, Johns Hopkins university hospital, United States, attended the 3rd Jinling pancreas forum and gave the follwing presentations: pancreatic cancer:Are we making progress "and" circulating tumor cells and circulating tumor DNA as biomarkers to predict prognosis and monitor treatment response in patients with pancreatic cancer".

After the first meeting day, professor He jin and Yu Jun visited the pancreas center ward. Prof.Yu Jun made an academic report on "Deleterious Germline Mutations in Patients With Sporadic pancreas Adenocarcinoma". After the report, professor Yu Jun had an friendly interaction with pancreas center staff and post-graduate students to give his opinions on the center's ongoing whole exome sequencing project for pancreatic cancer in the Chinese population, and introduced the latest technologies and progress in related fields of Hopkins hospital.
